At Brides<\/em> Designer Catwalk show, 25th July, Conde’ Nast Brides showcased nine of Britain’s top bridal designers<\/strong> <\/a>\u00a0at the\u00a0Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London<\/strong>. \u00a0Showcased designers were\u00a0Phillipa Lepley, Sassi Holford,\u00a0Suzanne Neville,\u00a0Mirror Mirror Couture, Sanyukta Shrestha, Halfpenny London, Emma Hunt,\u00a0Stephanie Allin, and\u00a0Naomi Neoh.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ballroom was decorated with dramatic and elegant blooms \u00a0by Mandarin Oriental’s in-house florist, the beautiful hotel set the scene perfectly for the evening serving all sorts of delicious eats and Moet on tap. Mingling with brides and get to know their first hand reactions for\u00a02014 collection<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0catwalk show was indeed made the whole evening a mesmerising one.<\/p>\n

“We felt very privileged and honoured to be recognised as one of the Britain’s top wedding dress designers<\/strong> by\u00a0Conde Nast Brides<\/a><\/strong>” adds Sanyukta.\u00a0It was a fabulous evening for SS team to\u00a0mingle with\u00a0talented designers<\/strong>,\u00a0top-notch hair<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0make-up stylists<\/strong>\u00a0and hundreds of\u00a0stylish brides-to-be<\/strong>\u00a0all under one roof.<\/p>\n

BEHIND THE SCENE\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hair stylists\u00a0Michael Van Clarke<\/strong>\u00a0created beautiful runway looks.\u00a0Stylist Gustav Fouche<\/strong>\u00a0commented: ”For the catwalk show we wanted to create looks that brides want to wear, soft, feminine with texture and movement. By adding that hint of red-carpet glamour every model got transformed into the best they could be, but still looking and feeling like themselves.”<\/p>\n

Paul Herrington<\/strong> worked his magic with the make-up for the show; the look was screen goddess<\/strong> with a fresh face and bright lip.\u00a0The make-up for the show was inspired by\u00a0vintage Hollywood movie stars<\/strong>\u00a0with a\u00a0modern twist.<\/strong><\/p>\n
